A veterinarian having engaged in the animal quarantine sector over 10 years and the candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in a field related to the particular discipline, have a wide experience in the area of international animal quarantine work

International consultant for HPAI diagnosis & virus research (Peradeniya, Sri Lanka)

A recognized scientist capable of instilling a laboratory culture and motivating local staff. He will hold tertiary qualifications in a field related to viral diseases, have a wide experience in the diagnosis of viral diseases and be currently engaged actively in HPAI diagnostic work
The Project Director now invites from qualified and eligible professionals, the expression of interest with detailed curriculum vitae to be considered for the above consultancies.
The bidding will be conducted through World Bank accepted individual consultant selection procedure.

Each EOI for the individual consultancy should be submitted in separate envelopes, which is indicated with the name of the consultancy and the reference number at the top left-hand corner of the cover. Late EOI will be rejected. The EOI will be evaluated by a Technical Committee appointed by the Project Director of the AIPRP" and short listed candidates would be informed and called for proposals and financial proposals.
